Our name is a mash-up of two words that are key to successful change: Delta (the first step in change is difference) and Synthesis (change isn’t done until things are put back together again).
In the last couple of decades, organizations have made terrific strides in making change more predictable and less painful using project management, Lean-Six Sigma, people change management and other processes and methodologies.
